1. Spiral bandaging method: Wrap the bandage from bottom to top in a spiral shape, and each circle covers 1/3 to 1/2 of the previous circle. It is usually used for parts with upper arms, fingers, etc. that have approximately equal circumferences.

2. Spiral back anti-bandaging method: Spiral bandaging is performed from bottom to top, and each turn should be folded back to cover 1/3 ～ 1/2 of the previous turn. It is usually used for the upper and lower parts, and the circumference is obviously different, such as forearm and calf.
