1. Select the appropriate type of splint according to the position to be fixed.

2. Open the package (open one bag at a time, not more than one at a time to avoid failure) and remove the splint.

Soak in normal temperature water for 3 ~ 4 seconds and squeeze 2 ~ 3 times.
